How to Use the Lumie Sunrise Lamp and the Lumie Bodyclock 100 To use the Lumie Sunrise Alarm Clock and the Lumie Bodyclock Spark 100, simply plug it in, set the current time and use the instructions to set your alarm clock and your chosen wake-up sound. You can do the same for your sunset time too. What I Liked About the Lumie Sunrise Alarm As someone who struggles with sleep (and having too much of it), the Lumie Sunrise Alarm is my saviour and I wish I had found it sooner. Waking up in the dark mornings without a bad headache from an annoying alarm sound, or in a generally gloomy mood because of the lack of light, is a thing of the past. The dimmable light options, the six alarm sounds, the sunrise/sunset feature, oh and theres six different light colours to choose from in case youre bored of warm white and fancy a bright green sunrise (very Brat).
