Mit etwas vorausschauender Planung, kann man sich einen kleinen Fundus an geeignetem Mehrwegglas für seine Back misch ungen anlegen und auch anschließend wieder einsammeln und erneut verwenden. Die Backmischung im Glas ist super einfach selber zu machen. Alle festen und trockenen Zutaten, wie etwa Mehl und Zucker, werden abwechselnd in ein sauberes Glas gefüllt, Verschluss zu – fertig! So wird die Backmischung gemacht:Die Zutaten für die Backmischung werden in ein geeignetes Glas geschichtet. Als Gefäß eignen sich gut ausgespülte Konserven gläser oder Fläschchen mit weiter Öffnung.
