In December last year, the “Maritime Technologies” status conference took place in Berlin. The conference is a showcase for the maritime industry and brings together well-known innovation drivers from industry, research, associations and politics at the invitation of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Protection (BMWK). Among the 350 participants, Sea & Sun Technology was also present and was asked to give a presentation. We gladly complied with this request. Our managing director, Heinz Schelwat, presented the EXTENSE research and development project. As part of this project, a measuring system for detection and location of objects in the seabed is being developed. In addition, Mr. Schelwat was able to inspire the local people with our technologies and report on our further project work. Further information about the conference can be found here.
