For me it was really the dark circles where I noticed the biggest difference, it seems to reduce the shadow and made me look less tired. I also noticed I didnt need as much moisturiser when I was taking the supplement and my skin didnt feel tight at the end of the day. How to Use Vida Glow Radiance+ Advanced Repair Although it is not a requirement, it is recommended to take the supplement at the same time every day with a meal. I tended to take this at lunchtime if I was at home and at breakfast if I was going out as this ensured I didnt forget. The supplement is quite large so I would recommend swallowing with a large glass of water to ensure it goes down and doesn#039;t feel like it gets stuck anywhere. What to Consider Before Taking Vida Glow Radiance+ Advanced Repair Apart from during pregnancy and breastfeeding the supplement is safe for all, however I think for anyone who is postpartum or struggling with hormonal pigmentation this could really help. I have been noticing a few different perimenopausal symptoms recently and this may have increased the darkness under my eyes and the patches of pigmentation I hadnt even realised were started to appear.
