Making air traffic more efficient by implementing Artificial Intelligence System

Making air traffic more efficient by implementing Artificial Intelligence System We are proud of supporting the aviation sector by applying Artificial Intelligence to improve air traffic management processes. It is a great pleasure to announce a new mFund research project working side by side with our sponsored partners the Deutscher Wetterdienst (German Meteorological Service) and DFS Deutsche Flugsicherung GmbH (German air navigation service provider), as well as the accompanying partners, Flughafen München GmbH (FMG) and Fraport AG (Frankfurt Airport) implementing the latest A.I. technologies to connect meteorological data more effectively with operational data from airports. According to Hermin Beumer-Aftahi, Managing Director of ask -Visualisierungslösungen GmbH, “With this project, we have brought together people with the right skills from all important fields. We feel certain that we can make a valuable contribution to optimizing the forecast of weather-related delays and capacity bottlenecks in aviation through the use of the latest information processing technologies with a focus on A.I. and machine learning.”.
