Ab in die Pfanne Den Topinambur abgie en und die Zitronenh lften entfernen. zusammen mit dem Reis zu den Zwiebeln geben umrühren und ebenfalls ein wenig anschwitzen. 4. Risotto kochen Nach und nach den Reis mit der hei en Brühe aufgie en. Dabei des fteren umrühren. Die Menge der Brühe kann etwas variieren, je nach dem verwendeten Reis und der gewünschten Konsistenz. Fertig! Sobald der Reis gar ist ein kleines Stück Butter oder etwas Oliven l (für Veganer:innen) hinzufügen, umrühren. Auf dem Teller mit frisch gehackter Petersilie und ger steten und gehackten Haselnüssen servieren.
