Auch bei schwerwiegenden Erkrankungen, wie Krebs, ist sie ein absolutes Muss. Vor allem wenn Kinder davon betroffen sind, deren kleiner Körper durch die oft vielen und hochtoxischen Bestrahlungen während der Krebstherapie besonders strapaziert ist. Leider ist dieses Bewusstsein noch lange nicht in unserem Gesundheitssystem angekommen.Der Verein #fuerEmilia vorgestelltDer Verein #fuerEmilia möchte darauf aufmerksam machen, die Heilungschancen von onkologisch erkrankten Kindern mit ganzheitlichen Therapieangeboten mit den Schwerpunkten Gesunde Ernährung, Sport und Bewegung und ergänzenden Heilmitteln zu verbessern und die Lebensqualität zu erhöhen. Der Verein wurde von der Familie Zimmerer aus Eichstetten gegründet, nachdem ihre neunjährige Tochter Emilia 2022 nach vielen Therapien und Behandlungen an der besonders schweren Krebsform Hochrisiko-Neuroblastom verstorben ist.NOVUM wird als Bio-Lieferant ausgewähltEnde September 2022 erhielt NOVUM einen Anruf von Herrn Manuel Zimmerer, dem Vater von Emilia. Er war auf der Suche nach einem Lieferanten für frisches Bio-Obst und Rohkostgemüse. Die Lieferung sollte jede Woche für ein ganzes Jahr lang an die Universitätsklinik in Mainz erfolgen. Schnell wurde die passende Bio-FrischeKiste für sein Vorhaben gefunden.Bio-FrischekistenDie Übergabe – Feierlicher Auftakt der zweiten Sternfahrt des VereinsDie erste „Bio-FrischeKiste Fruchtig & Knackig“ holte Herr Zimmerer am 13. Oktober bei uns im Haus ab und überreichte sie anschließend dem Stationsteam persönlich. Gleichzeitig war die Übergabe ein feierlicher Auftakt der zweiten, vom Verein organisierten, Sternfahrt. Der Verein fuhr dieses Mal über zwei Tage mit dem Fahrrad eine Strecke von ca. 280 km von der Mainzer Kinderklinik bis Vogtsburg (Oberrottweil) am Kaiserstuhl.
