Die Keimsaat ist „erntereif“, wenn der Keimling die 2 bis 3fache Größe des Samens erreicht hat. Nach 2 bis 5 Tagen sind die Sprossen dann reif für die Ernte. Die Schalen der Samenhüllen können mitgegessen werden. Für die Ernte muss man die Sprossen nur aus dem Behälter nehmen in dem man diese gezüchtet hat.Step-by-StepMan ben tigt ein leeres Glas (Gurken-, Marmeladenglas oder gar schlichtwegs das Glas von Unverpackt f r Alle). Nachdem das Glas so verschlossen wurde, h lt man es kopf ber in ein Waschbecken, damit das Wasser abl uft. Danach stellt man das Glas kopf ber in ein Gestell oder in eine Schale, damit auch die letzte Fl ssigkeit ablaufen kann. Das macht man 2x am Tag. Wichtig ist, dass der Stoff/Deckel vor jeder Nutzung gr ndlich gereinigt wird. Nach etwa 3 Tagen kann man die ersten Sprossen ernten.
