Bioland-Hof Morgentau – Oase der Herzlichkeit

Bio-Betrieb HofladenDer Bioland-Hof Morgentau liegt in der l ndlichen und sonnen verw hnten Vorderpfalz im Herzen des Ortes Kleinniedesheim. Bereits seit 30 Jahren und ber drei Generationen wurde hier von Fred Blauls Familie Gem se angebaut. Anfang der 90er-Jahre, als einer der ersten in der Region stellten Fred und seine Frau Ruth den elterlichen Betrieb auf Biolandwirtschaft um. Inzwischen wurde auf dem Bioland-Hof Morgentau ein Generationswechsel vollzogen und Gem seanbau und Hofladen konnten an engagierte Nachfolger weitergegeben werden. Die beiden Agraringenieure Benjamin Gr f und Hans Sattler f hren die Bewirtschaftung und den Gem seanbau des Hofes weiter. Und f r den Hofladen fand sich in G rtnermeisterin Karin Lenzen eine Nachfolgerin. Trotzdem bleibt vorl ufig auch Fred noch in den Betrieb eingebunden und begleitet den Prozess des Generationswechsels weiter. Wodurch getreu der Richtlinie des Bioland-Verbandes die biologische Vielfalt gef rdert und nat rliche Lebensgrundlagen bewahrt bleiben. Bio-Salat frisch vom Feld Hier wächst alles nach Bioland-Richtlinien – auch der Weißkohl Der Hofladen – Mittelpunkt und Treffpunkt des OrtesIm Zentrum von Kleinniedesheim, direkt gegen ber des Klein niedesheimer Schlosses, befindet sich das Morgentau-Geh ft mitsamt dem Hofladen. Das Bauernhaus ist gelb gestrichen und gr n bewachsen. berall bl ht es und ein h bsches Holzschild weist den Weg zum Hofladen. In dem kleinen Hof herrscht reges kommen und gehen wie in einem Bienenstock. Man sp rt deut lich, dass der zentral gelegene Hofladen eine wichtige Einkaufs- und Austauschm glichkeit in Kleinniedesheim bietet. Das feldfrische Bio-Gem se wird durch Brot, Eier, Molkereierzeug nisse und viele weitere Produkte des t glichen Bedarfs erg nzt.
