NOVUM übernimmt den Gemüse-Abo-Betrieb „Gesund Munter“

Das Jubiläumsjahr ist nicht nur aufgrund des 25-jährigen Bestehens von „NOVUM – Das Gemüseabo“ ein ganz Beson deres für uns, es ist auch das Jahr der Veränderungen. Denn NOVUM wächst erneut. Ab Juli 2023 übernimmt NOVUM den Gemüse-Abo-Betrieb „Gesund & Munter“ aus Taunusstein-Neuhof. Wer verbirgt sich hinter „Gesund Munter“?Der Hof Ardema von „Gesund & Munter“ liegt etwa 12 km nördlich von Wiesbaden im Aartal. Auf den Ackerflächen des Anwesens werden bereits seit 1992 Bio-Lebensmittel angebaut, die über den eigenen Abo-Betrieb in das westliche Rhein-Main-Gebiet ausgeliefert werden. In der Vergangenheit gab es bereits häufiger Kooperationen zwischen beiden befreundeten Unternehmen, beispielsweise im Rahmen des Mainzer Gutenberg Marathons. Der Geschäfts über nahme vorangegangen war die Entscheidung der Inhaber:innen von „Gesund & Munter“, sich wieder voll und ganz dem Gemüse anbau widmen zu wollen – der Leidenschaft, mit der einst alles auf dem Hof begann. Was ändert sich für die Kund:innen?Für alle Kund:innen der „Gesund & Munter-FrischeKiste“ ändert sich wenig. Das bekannte Prinzip des Gemüse-Abos bleibt weiter bestehen und der Betrieb wird wie gewohnt von NOVUM fortgesetzt. Auch alle 21 Mitarbeitenden des Abo-Betriebs können erfreulicherweise übernommen werden. NOVUM-Kund:innen können sich hingegen über einen neuen regionalen Bio-Lieferanten freuen. Denn das Bio-Gemüse, welches auf dem Hof Ardema angebaut wird, wandert ab sofort auch in die Bio-FrischeKisten der NOVUM-Kundschaft. NOVUM wächst und stärkt so das regionale Bio-AngebotDurch die Übernahmen von der „Gesund & Munter-Frische Kiste“, dem „Hofladen Haselnuss“ und dem Naturkostladen Va Bene wächst die NOVUM-Familie weiter. Wir zählen nun 130 Mitarbeiter:innen. Diese verteilen sich auf sechs Standorte innerhalb dreier Bundesländer – Hessen (Bischofsheim, Taunus stein), Rheinland-Pfalz (Mainz) und Nordrhein-Westfalen (Bergneustadt).
