CFO/Finance Manager - Location Shanghai/ChinaShanghai/China Our client is a leading German family owned company with more than 4,000 employees worldwide and over 70 years of tradition. For their metal processing factory (also the Asia and China HQ) in Shanghai with more than 300 employees, we are looking for a senior CFO or Finance Manager, responsible for Finance/Controlling/Reporting, Cost calculation, HR, Administration, IT and Legal/Compliance. Key Tasks Leading the Departments Finance/Accounting, HR and IT/Admin with more than 20 staff, reporting to the Managing Director in Shanghai (Foreigner) and to the German HQ As member of the Management Team of the company (3 members: Sales, Technology and Finance), monitor company´s operations and advise about important decisions Cost analysis/controlling and recommend/implement measures according to the analysis Acting as sparring partner for the MD, advising the daily operations and challenging important decisions if necessary Responsible for Legal/Compliance and Tax, also the relationship with local authorities Requirements Degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling or related fields Fluent in Chinese at mother tongue level, fluent in English (oral and reading/writing) At least 10 years experience in Finance/Accounting, preferable at European manufacturing companies (factories) in China At least 5 years as Finance Manager or comparable management positions SAP and MS offices International mind-set and experience with European work culture; team player; hands-on mentality; excellent communication and interpersonal skills Integrity and loyalty to the company, interested in a long-term employment If you are interested, please send your resume in English to our responsible consultant in China CFO-Shanghai@apmc.vip Naturally, we will handle your files with confidentially.
